Beyond releasing great music, our goal is to generate meaningful cultural and economic impact in our community. Our vision for accomplishing this goal in our community is to share the information and resources necessary for any developing artist or music entrepreneur to progress and achieve their professional goals, regardless of genre, industry sector or discipline.

This model educates members of the community in current methods and best-practices in today's music business ecosystem, demystifying and clarifying the process of forging a sustainable career for ones self in music, through harnessing of intellectual property (songs & recordings) as well as by solving problems in the local music marketplace and pursuing these opportunities.

The direct impact of this approaching other locales has been shown to boost local economies and downtown vitality by creating jobs and skills, increasing economic output, driving tourism, improving individual well-being and promoting social inclusion. Arts and cultural production account for $232 billion and 7.4% of the California economy, contributing over 750k jobs. Between 1998-2019, the arts and culture sectors contribution to the GDP grew by 76.9%.
